It’s too expensive.

Health is the only thing you really have! It should be your priority. After all, taking care of yourself will cost less in the long run compared to medical bills after you’re going to doctors and specialists, or find yourself in the hospital.

It’s too time-consuming.

If you’re not working out at all, all you need is one hour three times a week to lose weight. Training with someone like me once a week will help boost muscle growth to speed results. Additionally, you can break up your cardio into 30-minute sessions, which can be done while the kids nap, dinner cooks, etc. There is always time—it just needs to be cultivated.

It’s too hard.

If you think it’s too hard, you’re doing something wrong! You need to see me, and we can figure out how to make it fun together.

There’s too much to learn, to know, to do.

Let me take care of it. I did it myself, and know the ins and outs. Knowing is what you pay me to do; all you have to do is show up and listen!

I hate going to gyms.

Luckily for you, I'm not a gym–and I don’t do boring. This is why I offer fun workshops and training like Zumba Fitness®, FlirtyGirl Fitness®, and Cardio Belly Dance. Personal and Small Group Training with Kelly is anything but grueling.

I’m healthy enough anyway.

You’re probably not. Cardiovascular endurance and waistline circumference are the best indicators of health. A waistline over 35 inches for women and over 40 inches for men put you at a big risk for heart disease.
