Cardio Kickboxing — All Levels
Mostly cardio with some toning exercises. Easy to learn kickboxing drills guaranteed to make you sweaty! Class ends with 10-15 minutes of core conditioning (abs)!
KettleBell Workout — Intermediate/Advanced
A half hour class for my hardcore girls. Cardio drills and kettlebell lifts make for an intense workout. Don't let the 30 minutes fool you - this is a fat burning class! You are required to bring your own kettlebell. Call or ask about choosing the best kettlebell for you. 5-10 pounds is a good starting weight.
Yoga-lates — All Levels
The most requested class from our survey! A half hour class incorporating hatha yoga, pilates and a little Tai Chi. A gentle, yet invigorating class.
Zumba — All Levels
One of our most popular classes. Easy to learn cardio dance choreography to awesome music - pop, techno, samba, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, salsa, belly dance, Bollywood and more.
Beginner Workout — Beginners
A half hour class for women who need a little help improving their fitness skills. We will review basic exercise technique and posture. You will get a great workout at your pace. The goal of this class is to build your strength and stamina so you will feel successful in our other classes. This class changes based on who comes each week; consider this class personal training for beginners. Some Zumba songs will be included if there is interest.
KellyBelly Workout — All Levels
This rotating format consists of one cardio dance choreography in any style (flirty, belly dance, samba, cardio burlesque, pop, R&B, etc) and 3 minutes of toning exercises. We had a pretty even number of requests for Flirty Girl, Samba and Cardio Burlesque, and we want to make everyone happy. Try it and tell us what you think.
